A couple weekends ago, my unforgettable photographer friend/regular friend Elizabeth Bristol came to see me and it was the most precious of weekends 😀 :D. We talked about life (and laughed about it too :D), had cozy times on the sun porch doing work as we listened to my Jean-Yves Thibaudet Pandora station, took her to the two coolest places in our downtown (Jo’s Downtown and Round Eye Sushi Guy), heard excellent preaching from the Word by dear Bro. Mack Tomlinson from Providence Chapel, watched some Marvel and classic black and white movies, “Just Dance”ed, and we took portraits of each other in the glorious outdoors 😀 :D.

We just started walking down my road, catching up as we went, waiting for bits of God’s beautiful world to jump out at us :D. In the midst of this, my mom drove up behind us to give us a lift to a spot she thought we should try further down the road :D. And BOY am I SO THANKFUL she did!! We got to the grassy shoulder of the road she had in mind, but then noticed there was a cornfield on the other side of the fence!! So of course we climbed the fence (which was slightly difficult. Haha) and proceeded with our mini portrait sessions of each other 😀 :D.

I had been wanting to capture this dear, stunning, delightful, Jesus-loving friend for a long time now and I’m so happy it finally happened and that it was in this cornfield :D. I’m gonna stop now and just let y’all take it in <3 <3

Dear Elizabeth, I’ve told you this a million times, but I’m so thankful for you. You’re such a sweet friend, beautiful soul, and encouraging sister in the Lord. Hooray for God crossing our paths in this life and hallelujah for us being sisters for eternity in Jesus presence 😀 :D. Love you, friend <3 <3
